
AETHON
Aethon, our flagship robot, competes in the 30-pound weight class, the largest and most competitive weight class publicly open to collegiate design teams.
2024-2025 SEASON
Advanced to the quarterfinals of NHRL, achieving 5th place against a field of robots built by hobbyists, professionals and other universities.
MARCH 1
Aethon won 3rd place at SCAR Big Bot Brawl in Southern California against hobbyists and three 30-pound robots brought by UCLA.
MARCH 8
APRIL 4-5
ARC attended Robobrawl (collegiates nationals) hosted by UIUC in Illinois. Aethon secured 2nd place with a 5-1 win-loss record.
QUEEN OF HEARTS
Queen of Hearts was ARC's first robot. It competed in the 12-pound weight class and established our readiness to expand our robot complexity, research depth, and manufacturing capabilities.

2023-2024 SEASON
NOVEMBER 18
ARC brought the first version of Queen of Hearts to compete at the local tournament “Battle for Los Angeles” hosted by Southern California Attack Robotics (SCAR).
In collaboration with the Flagship Combat Robotics division of UCLA ASME, ARC brought an updated version of Queen of Hearts, to perform stress-tests in the UCLA arena.
MARCH 23
APRIL 5-7
The improved Queen of Hearts placed 4th and won the Most Destructive award at Sacramento Bot Battles hosted by Placer Advanced Robotics and Technology (PART) at Sierra College.
ARC competed at 'Burgh Bash National Invitation earning the highest possible score for the technical interview and design review, as well as receiving 2nd place for documentation. Overall, Queen of Hearts placed 13th.
MAY 18-19
SEPTEMBER 14
At the OC Maker Faire, Queen of Hearts attended another event hosted by SCAR, this time taking home 4th place.
